Our owner, Anthony McDaniel, has been managing property for family since 1985 in Maryland,
Tennessee and Florida and is now offering his many years of successful property management to the public "where you'll be treated like family."

Pricing
We charge 10% of the rents collected and 1/2 a month’s rent, called a leasing fee, when we place a new tenant into your property. Our lease renewal fee is $250.00.
